This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued for unsuccessful transactions made through the Verteboy Mobile App.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Unsuccessful Transactions

If your payment for Verteboy services is processed but the service is not delivered due to a technical error on our end, you are eligible for a full refund.

• Duplicate Transactions

In the event of duplicate charges for the same Verteboy service, you are eligible for a full refund for the additional charges.

• Unintentional Purchases

If you unintentionally purchase a Verteboy service within 24 hours of the purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided the service has not been used.

Ineligible for Refunds:

• Used Services

Refunds will not be issued for Verteboy services that have been partially or fully utilized.

• Change of Mind

If you decide not to use Verteboy after purchasing it, refunds will not be issued.

• Subscription Cancellations

Cancellations for ongoing subscriptions must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of subscription periods.
